What’s the process? Simply email or phone me to start the ball rolling or jump straight into the easy online order form at the bottom of this page and I will reply with a quote.

Lead Times? On average we return finished, edited, colour corrected images back to the customer within a week of the product being in studio.

What locations in New Zealand do you service? We service Nationwide.

Are there any copyright or licence restrictions on your images? Absolutely not. Once paid for, all images supplied to you are 100% yours to do what you like with, for as long as you like. We only retain the right to withhold copyright if you don’t pay your bill. We also have a fair use clause where you allow us to use your images on this website in our portfolio section. We will provide a standard NZIPP License for your records also.

Can you work directly with my web developer or advertising agency? Yes, absolutely. You just provide the contact information and we will liaise with anyone you require.

What are your payment terms? We require payment within 2 weeks of the photo-shoot taking place or before you use or display the images publicly. For large shoots or small businesses we are happy to discuss other options that might work better for you.

I have over 100 products, can you help? Absolutely. For shoots of this size any pricing on this website should be ignored as we have full day studio rates that are far more economical for large batch shoots.

Can you do Styled Shots? We certainly do, just add the details to the order form below and we can contact you back with a quote.

Are you available to do on site imagery , lifestyle , manufacturing etc? Again, certainly can. For locations outside of Christchurch Metro a traveling charge may be applied.

What if my product is not perfect? Don’t worry, we have many hours experience in re-touching, correcting and photo manipulation. Sorting through your products to find the very best example will however pay dividends in the quality of the final image with things like:

• Please ensure rear labels on white/rose bottles are removed if possible as this allows more highlighting of your Wines colour.

• Make sure the bottle seam isn’t visible (Think right angles to the front label so it rests off to the side of each bottle, this will save time in editing.

• Make sure the capsule is well formed and that the bottle is clean, front label square and aligned well.

• Individually wrap each bottle with a soft packaging material to prevent rubbing in transit.

  Having the best possible quality product before we take images will reduce the processing time.

Do I get my products back? 100%. Obviously with some products the cost to ship them back to their original location can cost more than the product’s are worth however for the main part the packaging used to deliver the products to our studio will be re-used to send them back. Also, if the shot requires a package/product to be opened as part of any styling, said product will usually be deemed as no longer saleable (especially for liquids) and will be disposed of). Please ensure a correct pre paid courier ticket is included with the product, or we can arrange at the clients expense to send back via Courier ourselves.
